Governed by the laws of Bhopal M.P India. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts in Bhopal M.P.
Online Payment Gateway Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply to users of AryuTech online payment gateway service. Payments for AryuTech services may be made through an electronic collection and remittance service (“Payment Gateway”). AryuTech makes no representation of any kind as to the operation of the Payment Gateway. Use of online payment services is entirely at your own risk.
Debit/Credit Card & Bank Account Details:
- You warrant that You are lawfully entitled to use nominated Credit/Debit Cards or Bank Accounts.
- You are responsible to ensure Card/Bank details provided are accurate.
- You authorize debiting the nominated Card/Bank account for payment of selected services, applicable charges, and taxes.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian Customers, and US Dollars (USD) for overseas customers. Applicable taxes charged separately.
We endeavor to make sure all products and services listed on our website are available and pricing is true and correct.
Refunds accruing shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request, subject to receipt of refunds from the service provider. Valid credit card payments will be refunded to your card. Other payment methods will be refunded via IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, or cheque within a maximum of 30 days. AryuTech acts as a facilitator and is not liable for delay/deficiencies by third-party providers.
